Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Package Consultant specializing in non-Adobe Marketing Solutions, you will serve as a strategic advisor and implementation expert, helping clients select, design, and deploy powerful customer experience and CRM solutions. Your role involves utilizing your deep consulting skills, business acumen, and specialized knowledge to effectively embed packaged technologies, driving expected business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Deliver Solution Design: Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet unique client needs, leveraging expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) services and software selection, requirements definition, application development, and rigorous testing. • Provide Implementation Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience with Pega Solution Frameworks, such as NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute, to customize solutions for clients in the financial services sector. • Support Project Lifecycle: Offer invaluable support during vision and strategy phases, architecture design, and development, ensuring seamless integration of solutions into clients' business environments. • Embed Packaged Technologies: Apply deep consulting skills and business acumen to effectively integrate packaged technologies, driving expected business outcomes and aligning with clients' strategic objectives. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Software Selection Expertise: Exposure to selecting and designing customer experience and CRM solutions, with the ability to develop and implement tailored solutions to meet unique client needs. • BPM Services Knowledge: Experience working with Business Process Management (BPM) services, particularly within contact center desktops, leveraging platforms such as Chordiant Customer Experience and Pega PRPC. • Pega Solution Frameworks: Exposure to Pega Solution Frameworks, including NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute, with the ability to customize solutions for clients in the financial services sector. • Technical Implementation Skills: Experience working with application development and rigorous testing, ensuring seamless integration of solutions into clients' business environments. • Consulting Skills: Exposure to utilizing deep consulting skills and business acumen to effectively embed packaged technologies, driving expected business outcomes and aligning with clients' strategic objectives. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Additional Pega Solution Frameworks: Exposure to other Pega Solution Frameworks, beyond NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute, can be beneficial in customizing solutions for clients in the financial services sector. • Advanced BPM Services: Experience working with advanced Business Process Management (BPM) services, particularly within contact center desktops, can be advantageous in leveraging platforms such as Chordiant Customer Experience and Pega PRPC. • Industry-specific Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services landscape and its unique challenges can be valuable in delivering robust, efficient, and scalable solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.
