Remote Recruitment is hiring a HR Generalist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations and HR policies
- Maintain all employee documentation, contracts and HR records in compliance with legislation
- Assist with compensation reviews, benchmarking and payroll input preparation
- Support engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive remote working culture
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and documentation
Requirements
- 4+ years of generalist HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or HiBob
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is advantageous
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
