Role responsibilities
The Chief of Staff leads the Office of the CEO, translating the CEO’s vision and the Board’s strategic plan into measurable execution. This role involves driving cross-functional initiatives, supporting governance practices, and enhancing interdepartmental collaboration.
Requirements
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or executive leadership. Exceptional communication skills and experience working with a Board of Directors are also required.
