Reporting to the Director, Airport Strategy and Development, this role provides centralized program management for airport development matters, supporting a high volume, multi hub portfolio of airport authority engagements and initiatives. It establishes a single source of truth for commitments, risks, and activities, while enabling disciplined governance, tracking, and follow through. The role ensures timely, decision ready escalation and acts as a key integrator across airport authorities, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership to enhance alignment, execution reliability, and external credibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for all airport authority engagements, initiatives, risks, and commitments
  • Coordinate and schedule recurring engagement meetings with airport authorities and internal stakeholders within a prescribed governance model. Active participant in such meetings.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of hub level initiatives, ensuring alignment across major airports
  • Track actions, decisions, commitments, and dependencies across multiple airports and workstreams
  • Monitor progress and ensure disciplined follow through between meetings and governance forums
  • Proactively identify and flag risks or issues requiring executive attention
  • Support decision ready escalation, providing structured and concise inputs to leadership
  • Develop and maintain integrated reporting tools and dashboards for portfolio visibility
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and stakeholder alignment across engagements
  • Act as a central coordination point within the branch, internal partners, and leadership
  • Support preparation of briefing materials and executive updates
  • Drive process discipline and standardization in how airport engagements are tracked and managed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and coordination across the function
  • Support integration of external program management support (if applicable)
  • Contribute to strengthening governance cadence and operating model maturity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, planning, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience in program management, general management consulting, strategy, operations, or infrastructure-related roles
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder portfolios and governance forums, with strong capabilities in coordination, executive reporting, and disciplined execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual French and English required)
  • High level communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to drive structure, governance, and execution discipline
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders
  • Airline industry experience an asset
  • Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment:
