Position:

Business Operations Officer

Job Description:

1. Review all SPH requests received from APAC CSR team and evaluate whether all APAC warehouses can support the request from both operations, costs and quality perspective.

2. Clarify all requirements, with a strong focus on label related requirements.

3. Coordinate with IT label team on label design.

4. Setup the SPH/Root Code in both Oracle and WMS.

5. Coordinate with CSR to validate and confirm that the final label design meets customer expectations and requirements once IT label team has completed the set up.

6. Troubleshooting on SPH issues.
