Accountabilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to product usage, integrations, and infrastructure environments.
- Provide expert-level customer support through ticketing systems, and occasionally via phone for urgent or high-impact cases.
- Advise customers on best practices for DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and system optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Support, Engineering, and other internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced issues.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal automation tools that streamline issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Participate in documentation efforts to improve knowledge sharing and customer self-service resources.
- Engage in a weekend on-call rotation every 4–8 weeks to ensure continuous customer support coverage.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical support, DevOps, system administration, or a related engineering role.
- Strong working knowledge of DevOps tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, Artifactory, or Nexus.
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration and enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, cloud computing platforms, web architectures, REST APIs, and SSL.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused and empathetic mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., shell, Java, or similar) is a plus.
- Competitive annual compensation (OTE range typically between $90,000 and $105,000, depending on experience and location).
