What a Program Manager does at HP:
- You will be a Program Manager to provide oversight on the project of transitioning roles from USA (Boise) Operations to Singapore Operations.
- You will develop the scope, deliverables, list of key competencies and skill sets together with a tracking metrics for reporting of progress.
- You will be a member of a project team of engineers, internal and outsourced manufacturing partners that develops reliable, cost effective and high-quality solutions for our Laser Printers.
- Participates in concurrent projects on current production, sustainability, and New Product Introduction.
- Innovates and develops processes for digitalization, standardization, and productivity improvement.
- Tracks progress of initiatives in the team and reporting of progress.
- Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding project status, progress, and issue resolution.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Data Analytics.
- Fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience are welcomed to apply.
- Experience or understanding of appropriate coding tools and software packages.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing management process will be an advantage.
