We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies Relevant work experience, internships or academic projects in finance, accounting, economics, credit analysis or a related fieldStrong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and assess business and credit riskExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) preferredProactive team player with a continuous learning mindset, including interest in financial markets, data analytics, and AI-driven toolsExperience with Python, SQL, or financial modelling concepts preferredBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical useEducation Strong academic background, equivalent to a Master’s degree (MSc or MBA) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related disciplineCFA professional qualification such as CFA highly beneficialResponsibilities Support credit rating, research and market outreach activities through financial analysis, research and collaboration with global analytical teams.Support Credit Rating Analysts in the assignment and monitoring of credit ratings across a range of industries and marketsAnalyze financial statements, market developments, company disclosures and industry trends to assess credit quality and riskPrepare financial models, forecasts and analytical materials used throughout the rating processDraft rating committee memoranda and participate in rating committee discussionsContribute to the production and publication of credit research reports and market commentaryMonitor issuers, industries and macroeconomic developments to identify potential impacts on creditworthinessSupport investor and issuer engagement activities, including preparing...
