This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and is accountable for moving users efficiently through a self-serve funnel, deepening product engagement, and converting usage signals into revenue.Where traditional demand gen ends at the MQL, this role goes further: instrumenting the full customer lifecycle, designing in-product and out-of-product touchpoints that drive activation and feature adoption, and partnering with Sales and CS on upsell motions grounded in real product usage data.This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of the PLG growth engine for ChartSwap Insights.
