Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to increase oncology market penetration and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Oncology Sales Specialists, supporting team performance, career development, and professional growth.
- Establish strong relationships with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, and key decision-makers to drive adoption of oncology solutions.
- Manage strategic accounts through structured account planning, customer mapping, and long-term engagement strategies.
- Drive executive-level conversations by communicating business value, ROI, cost efficiencies, and clinical benefits.
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, pathology teams, and internal stakeholders to support clinical adoption and customer success.
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities to strengthen regional positioning.
- Forecast sales activity, monitor performance metrics, and provide accurate reporting on pipeline and revenue achievement.
- Build partnerships with key industry stakeholders and develop relationships with influential oncology experts.
- Oversee contract negotiations, customer agreements, and commercial discussions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings to strengthen market visibility.
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development of regional sales team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sales management experience within clinical, laboratory, diagnostics, or healthcare-related markets.
- Strong experience in oncology sales, with established relationships across community oncology networks preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional business plans and growth strategies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and senior healthcare decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate complex clinical and business information into compelling customer value propositions.
- Strong knowledge of oncology market dynamics, laboratory services, and healthcare environments.
- Experience with strategic account management, customer engagement, and consultative selling approaches.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and sales reporting systems.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 75%.
