Accountabilities:
- Own the strategy, growth objectives, and P&L performance for MRO and Product Development service portfolios.
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets while developing complementary service offerings.
- Create go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to position services as key differentiators in the marketplace.
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic customer accounts, ensuring alignment between service delivery, innovation, and customer outcomes.
- Gather customer insights and market feedback to improve offerings and develop new service concepts.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners to expand service capabilities.
- Lead teams responsible for MRO and PD services, creating a culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer value.
- Establish scalable processes for service delivery, project execution, and lifecycle support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate across commercial, engineering, and operational functions to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within manufacturing, industrial services, or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of growing service-based revenue and managing P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of MRO operations, product development services, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience developing pricing strategies, forecasts, financial models, and business plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and drive profitable growth.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and service delivery performance.
- Strong leadership mindset with the ability to mentor teams and foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Competitive annual salary range of $175,000 to $190,000.
