At the heart of our business. **Your role and responsibilities** As an HR Services Administrator, you will be responsible for process administration within a country or across several countries for one or more assigned HR processes. This role involves supporting the delivery of HR services to ensure seamless operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Process Administration Support: Assist with administering HR processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and activities. • HR Operations Coordination: Participate in coordinating HR operations across multiple countries, supporting the delivery of HR services to stakeholders. • Assigned Process Management: Learn and assist with managing one or more assigned HR processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Basic Understanding of HR Processes: Exposure to fundamental concepts and principles of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration. • Familiarity with Process Administration: Interest in learning about process administration and coordination, with a basic understanding of task management and data entry. • Awareness of Operational Coordination: Curiosity about coordinating operations across multiple countries, with a basic understanding of stakeholder management and communication. • Exposure to Compliance Guidelines: Basic understanding of the importance of compliance with established procedures and guidelines in an HR context. • Interest in Learning HR Systems: Willingness to learn and explore HR systems, tools, and technologies used in process administration and management. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Familiarity with HR Systems: Exposure to HR systems, tools, and technologies used in process administration and management is beneficial. Interest in learning about HR systems and their applications in streamlining HR processes is a plus. • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations in various countries is advantageous. Familiarity with employment laws and practices can support effective HR operations coordination. • Understanding of Data Analysis: Interest in learning about data analysis and reporting is desirable. Basic understanding of data management and analytics can aid in process administration and improvement.
