Together, we can build the future of data storageJob DescriptionWestern Digital is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Design, Production to execute, prep final file creation, translations and manage our internal DAM for our marketing and creative organization. for a global organization in close alignment with our Marketing teams. This role is a hands-on design execution position, focused on high-volume asset production, localization, and adherence to established global brand systems rather than concept development or creative strategy ownership.This role supports regional marketing programs by ensuring all global creative frameworks are prepped into technically accurate asset and region-ready assets across digital, event, partner, and campaign touchpoints. The ideal candidate is capable of prepping assets as needed experience with working within brand guidelines, managing multiple deliverables, and collaborating across geographies and time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain internal DAM for assets, keep organized, ensure technical operation is in tact for global use.Manage translations process and delivery requirements per project in the creative team.Communicate in a timely manner, outbound to the internal team on delivery and completion of assets.Some Design may be required, resizing, build, and produce assets supporting global teams initiatives across digital campaigns, web, social, email, presentations, events, and partner materialsExecute creative work based on established global brand systems, templates, and design frameworksAdapt and localize global creative assets for regional markets, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistencyPartner with regional marketing teams to support campaign execution, product launches, and ongoing regional programsCollaborate with global creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery standardsManage multiple concurrent design requests, balancing regional priorities with global timelines and production requirementsPrepare and deliver final assets that meet technical specifications, localization needs, accessibility standards, and platform requirementsIncorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and production velocityMaintain organized files, templates, and documentation to support scalable and repeatable design workflowsStay current on design tools, production best practices, and platform requirements to improve efficiency and output qualityUtilize AI tools to support production efficiency and outputQualificationsRequired QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud...
