Role responsibilities
The SBA Business Development Officer is responsible for initiating, negotiating, selling, and packaging SBA government loans while developing new business relationships through outbound sales calls. This role also involves cross-selling various banking products to deepen client relationships and increase profitability.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing and structuring complex SBA credits, along with proven business banking or lending experience. Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of relevant experience and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
