Job Description – Talent Advisor Specialist LATAM
As a Talent Advisor Specialist – LATAM, you will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across the region. You will deliver full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in hiring outcomes. This role includes a strong component of IT recruitment, while also supporting a broader portfolio of professional and business positions across LATAM.
You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across LATAM, managing requisitions from intake to offer
- Support a diverse portfolio of roles, including IT positions, as well as functional and business hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent strategies, market insights, and hiring plans
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines
- Manage multiple requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality candidate experience
- Use data and tools to monitor performance and improve recruiting effectiveness
- Contribute to pipeline development for recurring and business-critical roles
The Essentials – You Will Have
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a regional/LATAM scope
- Experience hiring for IT roles and professional profiles (not limited to technology)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong stakeholder management
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience recruiting across LATAM markets
- Knowledge of Workday or similar ATS
- Portuguese
