Ensure these tools are scalable and up-to-dateAssist your colleagues in gaining access to the right data, and communicate and simplify  concepts to the audience's needsSupport the implementation of local Marketing activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Digital, Accounts) on activities such as promotional campaigns (promo creation / auditing, creative asset requests, partners selection) and performance marketing.Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Growth & Marketing Team to craft the country marketing strategy.Track weekly and monthly performance of the country, identifying improvement opportunities and possible deep dives. Own the activity grid with info regarding planned activations, new partner launches, special events Support on ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Marketing Team.Drive marketing projects end to end, from exploratory face to execution and coordination (i.e. store branding, TV spot adaptation) Be always ready to jump into action.Drive clarity and solve ambiguity using data-driven approachesQualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE RIDE:   Prior experience (minimum 1-2 years) on similar roles leading analysis and turning insights into actionsAcademic background in Math, Engineering, Business, Stats or Quantitative fieldSQL proficiency is mandatory / Python is a plusNinja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a mustKnowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or QlikviewCritical reasoningCapability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impactBusiness acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).Hands-on attitude; You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!Proficiency in English Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.  Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
