Accountabilities

    • Define and evolve the brand creative vision, ensuring a differentiated and consistent identity across all consumer and go-to-market touchpoints.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of brand and motion designers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous creative development.
    • Oversee end-to-end creative production for campaigns, product launches, activations, social content, and cross-channel storytelling initiatives.
    • Build and maintain scalable brand systems, guidelines, and design standards across visual and verbal identity.
    • Partner closely with marketing, product, communications, and leadership teams to align creative output with business objectives and user insights.
    • Drive culturally relevant, breakthrough creative work that strengthens brand affinity and expands mainstream adoption.
    • Use performance insights, feedback loops, and data signals to refine creative direction and improve impact over time.
    • Requirements

      • 10+ years of experience in brand design leadership roles, ideally within consumer tech, fintech, crypto, or high-growth digital products.
      • Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling high-performing creative teams in fast-paced environments.
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand identity systems, campaign development, and cross-channel creative execution.
      • Expertise across visual design, brand design, and motion design, with a strong eye for craft and detail.
      • Deep understanding of cultural trends and the ability to translate them into impactful, relevant brand storytelling.
      • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both creative teams and executive stakeholders.
      • Ability to thrive in high-growth environments with evolving priorities and a strong bias toward execution and iteration.
