As a Banquet Set Up Manager, you’re not just overseeing the setup and breakdown of hotel meeting spaces – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Ensure event space readiness: Supervise and lead the preparation and teardown of meeting rooms, ensuring all specifications are met
- Maintain spotless event spaces: Develop and implement checklists and cleaning schedules to ensure the highest maintenance and presentation standards of meeting rooms and pre-function spaces
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
