Your Responsibilities:
Process and manage shipping requests across all transport modes
Oversee end-to-end transportation from request to on-time delivery confirmation
Resolve operational issues — delays, damages, and documentation discrepancies
Perform quality checks on transport data and ensure compliance
Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements
Act as main contact for carriers, warehouses, customer service, and logistics partners
Maintain high data quality to support reporting and planning decisions
Our Requirements:
Relevant higher education and/or professional experience in an analytical or client-facing role
Advanced English (spoken & written); additional language a plus
Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Conscientious and detail-oriented
