You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. **Responsibilities** + Lead and execute global data center fiber designs and capacity planning, continuously improving infrastructure efficiency and driving long-term scalability. + Manage the execution of complex technical programs, specifically driving fiber design engineering initiatives and robust network capacity planning to meet current and future infrastructure demands. + Oversee Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) inventory and capacity management, ensuring accurate asset tracking, resource allocation, and scalability. + Establish comprehensive reporting frameworks for all projects, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into milestones, risks, and performance metrics. + Coordinate seamlessly across engineering, operations, and external vendors to align technical execution with strategic deployment timelines.
