Accountabilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales and onboarding targets within a high-growth market segment.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries through phone and email while providing timely and consultative responses.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to build pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
- Sell lodging compliance solutions to new and existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Guide prospects through the entire sales process, including discovery, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and close.
- Support customers through onboarding and account activation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Partner with business development, support, licensing, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer records using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Use AI-powered tools and sales technologies to improve outreach, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales performance goals and revenue targets.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
