The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Complex Lead Optimization Analyst to join the team! Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and after a $400M renovation and expansion, the resort is more stunning than ever.

Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms, cottages, and villas with 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, a food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

As a Complex Lead Optimization Analyst, you’re not just  supporting revenue growth through efficient lead management and opportunity distribution – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

 

The Complex Lead Optimization Analyst will support group revenue growth across Hotel del Coronado and Grand Wailea through efficient lead management, opportunity distribution, Delphi administration, and sales process support. This position ensures inquiries are assigned accurately and timely, maintains data integrity within Delphi, and assists commercial leadership with reporting and lead flow management.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

Daily Responsibilities

  • Review and distribute inbound group opportunities across both resorts.
  • Create and assign opportunities within Delphi according to established guidelines.
  • Ensure all inquiries are routed within established response standards.
  • Monitor unassigned and aging opportunities and communicate follow-up needs to sellers.
  • Maintain accurate market segment coding and lead source information.
  • Audit opportunities for completeness and data accuracy.
  • Assist with account ownership updates and maintenance.
  • Support Daily Business Review with lead volume and distribution reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Catering, and Events teams to ensure proper opportunity assignment.

 

Weekly Cadence

  •  Audit lead assignments to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Review lead response times and aging reports.
  • Monitor seller workloads and provide distribution recommendations to leadership.
  • Assist with account ownership reviews.
  • Track lead conversion and response metrics.
  • Prepare weekly lead management reporting.
  • Meet with commercial leadership to review lead flow activity.

 

Monthly Reporting

  • Produce lead production and distribution reports.
  • Track response time compliance.
  • Analyze lead source activity and inquiry trends.
  • Maintain SIP booking attribution logs.
  • Audit Delphi data quality and report discrepancies.
  • Update account ownership records as directed.
  • Provide lead volume reporting by market segment.

 

Quarterly & Annual Initiatives

  • Assist with account ownership audits.
  • Support annual territory reviews.
  • Participate in Delphi process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain lead management SOPs and documentation.
  • Support commercial leadership with special projects and reporting needs.
