Position

Title: Sales Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid Bangalore

 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support global Observability field operations and drive operational excellence across sales processes, analytics, and forecasting. This role partners closely with regional field operations leaders and sales teams to deliver actionable insights, ensure CRM integrity, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

 

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on, collaborative approach, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What you will do

Field Operations Support

  • Partner with Observability Field Operations Leads globally to support execution of regional and global sales priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, providing insights and operational guidance to improve performance and efficiency

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver data-driven insights across key metrics, including:
    • Funnel performance
    • Pipeline creation trends
    • Renewals analysis
  • Build and maintain analytics for funnel reviews, renewal reviews, processes, and business cadences
  • Perform forecast analysis to identify risks, gaps, and changes

Executive Reporting (QBRs & Reviews)

  • Own the delivery of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks, ensuring:
    • Accurate and relevant data points
    • Consistent formatting
  • Support preparation for funnel and performance reviews with senior leadership

CRM & Data Governance

  • Drive CRM hygiene (Salesforce.com) and operational excellence:
    • Partner with sales teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
    • Provide guidance and training on best practices
  • Support and manage account structure changes and updates

What makes you an ideal candidate

  • Required:
    • Minimum 10+ years of Sales Operations experience
    • Proven track record in sales analytics, forecasting, and operational support in a global environment 
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Strong understanding of:
      • Sales forecasting processes
      • Territory design
      • Sales capacity planning
      • Sales incentive compensation design and administration
      • Experience supporting enterprise sales organisations, ideally in SaaS or Observability/technology environments
