As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Technical and operational interface between IT and Operations as it relates to the initial deployment and ongoing training, configuration and support of the KNPS QMM/PMM applications. This job is onsite and works from Wednesday to Saturday from 6am-3pm in Cranbury, NJ.

How you create impact

  • Implementation of KNPS QMM/PMM to include:
  • Initial warehouse and customer configuration;
  • Initial reporting setup;
  • Subsequent customer migration;
  • Post implementation ongoing support for local site operational issues and (re) configuration requirements for existing/new customers.  
  • Specification and delivery of local reporting requirements.
  • Local user training and administration of associated documentation.
  • Support new release testing against existing configurations

What we would like you to bring

  • Strong working knowledge of all facets of warehouse operations.
  • IT systems familiarity and knowledge and operational interdependencies. 
  • Functional understanding of data elements and flow through the system;
  • Knowledge of local operations requirements as related to system configuration options;
  • Ability to mesh operations and customer requirements with system capabilities to drive improvement in local knowledge of operational processes (order management, inventory, receiving, and shipping)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, issue management)
  • Local user training

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
