Accountabilities
- Audit smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps) to identify vulnerabilities and recommend secure remediation strategies.
- Collaborate with external development teams to provide expert security guidance and support the resolution of critical security issues.
- Conduct independent security research to discover new attack vectors and develop actionable insights for improving blockchain security.
- Design, build, and maintain internal security tools, frameworks, and automation to enhance auditing efficiency and coverage.
- Strengthen security methodologies, internal processes, and audit practices to continuously improve service quality and reliability.
- Participate in threat modeling, risk analysis, and security assessments across complex decentralized systems.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to elevate overall security standards.
- Support long-term client relationships by ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent security outcomes.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, security engineering, or related roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with blockchain technologies, including smart contracts (Solidity, EVM, Solana, Move, etc.) and blockchain infrastructure (nodes, SDKs, Cosmos, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in at least one systems or blockchain-related language such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and security analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks in complex distributed systems.
- Strong passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and decentralized technologies.
- Experience participating in audits, bug bounty programs, or security competitions is highly valued.
- Strong analytical mindset with curiosity for cryptography, security research, and system-level thinking.
