The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead our Front Office Sales Enablement team.

This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end GTM lifecycle, including Lead management, Opportunity management, qualification and forecasting. The director has ownership of front office transformation outcomes, linked to seller productivity, pipeline and revenue impact.

The Director is responsible for strong business stakeholder and accountable for driving the evolution, innovation and operational management of the Portfolio application landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Sales Enablement, management of product engineering teams along with strong leadership, excellent communication, program management and organizational skills.


Who You Are

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Enablement technology Portfolio for Kyndryl aligned to business value outcomes
  • Lead large-scale transformation of Sales Enablement capabilities across process, tooling, and operating model
  • Drive adoption and behavioural change across Sales and GTM teams
  • Establish portfolio governance, prioritisation frameworks, and investment decisions
  • Accountable for strategic evolution and operational management of the Portfolio  
  • Lead the Sales Enablement Portfolio team, driving product methodology
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Sales, Delivery, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of sales enablement processes
  • Partner with CIO, GTM leadership, and wider cross functional leadership to align on priorities and outcomes
  • Track and analyze technology trends, competitor offerings, and technologies to inform portfolio strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Sales Enablement, leveraging feedback and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in portfolio management within a front office or client-facing environment.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and business partnering skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programme
  • Strong commercial acumen (pipeline / sales metrics understanding)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments
