Accountabilities:
- Design and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, hiring pipelines, screening processes, and interview frameworks across all levels.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline to ensure continuous access to high-quality candidates and future workforce readiness.
- Develop hiring scorecards, structured interview frameworks, and decision-making systems to improve hiring quality and consistency.
- Oversee organizational design and continuously optimize team structure as the company scales.
- Design and manage performance management systems, review cycles, and career progression frameworks.
- Create and maintain compensation, incentive, and bonus structures aligned with performance, profitability, and retention goals.
- Ensure alignment between role performance, business objectives, and organizational profitability.
- Lead culture-building initiatives including engagement rituals, feedback systems, surveys, and team alignment practices.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, especially for remote teams, ensuring clarity, compliance, and operational consistency.
- Advise leadership on people strategy, organizational planning, and cross-border employment considerations.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or Talent Management roles.
- Proven experience building HR systems, processes, or frameworks from the ground up in fast-growing environments.
- Strong background in recruitment, including experience managing or hiring for remote teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions.
- Strong systems thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable people processes and structures.
- Experience in performance management, compensation design, or incentive modeling is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate effectively in startup, agency, or fast-scaling service-based environments.
- High attention to detail combined with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Strong ability to balance empathy with business performance outcomes in people decisions.
