Your Role 

The Export Services Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant movement of cargo.  This role coordinates with customers, carriers, internal teams, and overseas offices to deliver high-quality service, resolve shipment issues, and maintain operational excellence based on Kuehne + Nagel standards and KPIs.

Job Description

• Communicate with carriers and internal teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory, carrier, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely data  for all export transactions.
• Follow export regulations, customs rules, and internal SOPs.
• Ensure fillings and requirements are completed on time.
• Identify operational issues such as documentation errors, delays, or booking challenges.
• Coordinate corrective actions and escalate cases when necessary.
• Work closely with internal departments, overseas offices, carriers and service providers
• Meet operational KPIs such as data quality, timeliness, and document accuracy
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Export Services team

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Ad, Operation Analysis or any logistic related course
• 1-3 years logistics experience (Fresh Graduates are open to apply)
• Knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong cognitive skills and a focus on accuracy
• Proven team player with a professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Demonstrates commitment, dedication, and the ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
