Accountabilities:
- Build and manage the strategic account engagement engine by identifying, segmenting, and prioritizing target accounts across key customer categories.
- Develop deep account intelligence by analyzing business models, product strategies, market signals, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Create personalized 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns that deliver valuable, relevant experiences for target audiences.
- Develop creative account plays including personalized landing pages, benchmark reports, executive experiences, events, workshops, and targeted content initiatives.
- Partner closely with sales teams to align account strategies, incorporate field feedback, and create campaigns that support active opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, events, and revenue operations teams to execute integrated account-based programs.
- Build AI-powered workflows that improve account research, campaign personalization, reporting, lead intelligence, and marketing automation.
- Identify and optimize processes for account discovery, engagement tracking, nurture programs, and pipeline attribution.
- Monitor ABM performance metrics including account engagement, meetings generated, influenced pipeline, and revenue impact.
- Develop repeatable frameworks and best practices that improve the effectiveness and scalability of strategic marketing programs.
- Support strategic events and experiences by identifying target participants, creating engagement strategies, and measuring business outcomes.
- Continuously test new ideas, technologies, and approaches to improve account engagement quality.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ABM, integrated marketing campaigns, or related go-to-market roles.
- Proven experience creating pipeline through strategic account engagement and personalized marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies, account segmentation, campaign development, and revenue attribution.
- Experience working with sales teams to align marketing programs with account priorities and business objectives.
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools to research, create, automate, analyze, or optimize marketing workflows.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and build efficient processes using modern marketing technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and translate insights into action.
- Experience using marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, Clay, 6sense, or similar platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative judgment with the ability to recognize what makes campaigns memorable and effective.
- Strong interest in consumer applications, digital products, subscriptions, growth strategies, and user behavior.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence teams across marketing, sales, product, and operations.
- Experience in mobile applications, consumer subscriptions, SaaS, or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with subscription growth strategies, pricing experiments, conversion optimization, paywalls, lifecycle marketing, or app monetization.
- Experience creating executive events, roundtables, workshops, or account-based experiences.
- Track record of using AI to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, or campaign execution.
