The Opportunity
As a Principal Digital Manager on the Global Growth and Americas eCommerce team, you will own business performance and growth strategy for key Adobe product categories, driving key initiatives that deliver growth and revenue success for Adobe. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and commercial execution — requiring someone who can go deep in the data, surface the right insight, and drive recommendations for senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional collaborators across marketing, product management, e-commerce, web, and analytics functions to drive strategy, tradeoff and prioritization discussions, and lead initiatives that result in revenue growth.

  • Own end-to-end business performance monitoring — identifying trends, forming hypotheses, and converting data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Synthesize complex business situations into crisp, well-structured narratives and deliverables for executive audiences to drive effective decisions.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer segments, their challenges, and behaviors to build out personalized customer journeys that generate incremental revenue while improving relevancy.

  • Build analytical frameworks and business cases to evaluate growth levers across acquisition, retention, and value expansion, including growth modeling, pricing impact, and promo effectiveness.

  • Maintain strong communication with worldwide peers and collaborators. Represent their needs in planning at headquarters. Ensure strategies, programs, and improvements help deliver regional revenue goals.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years in growth, strategy, e-commerce, analytics, corporate finance, investment banking or management consulting with a track record of owning high-impact outcomes at scale.

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required, ideally in engineering, finance, or another quantitative area; an MBA or similar experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Adobe Analytics, or comparable tools and platforms a plus.

  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable interrogating data, building and pressure-testing business models, and surfacing actionable insights.

  • Deep proficiency in subscription revenue and e-commerce funnel metrics and the levers that drive them.

  • Experience collaborating across multi-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.

  • Proven ability to influence senior collaborators through clearly synthesized and well-constructed recommendations, and the confidence to advocate for a position when the data warrants it.

  • High personal bar for the quality and clarity of your work — in analysis, written communication, and executive presentation.

  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and experience in managing multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
