MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Program Management Specialist, OSD Discharge Review Board by planning, organizing, participating and exercising oversight and control over adjudication decisions made by each Military Department's Board for Correction of Military/Naval Records. Serves as analyst or lead on panels consisting of analysts and physician reviewing cases adjudicated by Military Departments' BCMRs to ensure consistency of treatment between Departments and time. Serves as a senior analyst and reviewer on OSD Discharge Review Board, Air Force Review Boards Agency, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force, Manpower and Reserve Affairs. n tandem with the Director MRB -- , consults with and advises members of Congress, members of other Federal Agencies, representative of the Department of Defense, the Secretary and Assistance Secretaries of the Air Force, senior-level management officials, Military Department BCMRs board members on decision rendered in sensitive and complex cases.
