Role responsibilities
Lead participant development from onboarding through program completion, helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed for Wealth Management roles. Support Career Pathways initiatives that connect aspiring talent with development and mobility opportunities.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree and active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required, with a CFP® designation highly preferred. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of Wealth Management products and services.
