We are seeking a Database Operator (Dutch Speaker) to join our dynamic and multicultural team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our product databases while collaborating with colleagues across different countries and functions.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update product reference databases for the Dutch market, ensuring high levels of data accuracy and quality.
  • Classify, standardize, and organize product information according to company guidelines, hierarchies, and business rules.
  • Identify and implement updates, corrections, and enhancements to existing reference files.
  • Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and enrich database content.
  • Investigate and resolve routine data issues and exceptions in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular quality checks and apply corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes, procedures, and data management activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Dutch and a good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in data entry, database maintenance, data management, or a similar administrative role is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills, both via email and phone.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in an international or multinational environment is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
