As a Delphi Coordinator, you’re not just managing systems and coordinating sales information—you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by ensuring the seamless flow of information that supports exceptional guest experiences. Through accurate data management, reporting, and collaboration with Sales, Catering, and Operations teams, you help drive efficiency, support business success, and contribute to the flawless execution of every group, meeting, and event.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Provide exceptional support to internal and external clients: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional assistance to Sales, Catering, and Operations teams while ensuring the accuracy of information within Delphi.
Support sales and event administration processes: Assist with the coordination of client meetings, site inspections, and event documentation, helping ensure a seamless flow of information from booking through event execution.
Manage Delphi data and event logistics: Enter, update, and maintain group, meeting, and event information within Delphi, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established standards and procedures.
Prepare and distribute critical business documents: Generate and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, reports, agendas, and other operational documents to ensure alignment and communication across departments.
Maintain organization and operational excellence: Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, monitor data integrity, and maintain accurate records to support business performance, reporting needs, and operational efficiency.
