Accountabilities:
- Identify, research, and engage healthcare organizations through strategic prospecting, networking, and outbound sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers across health plans, providers, healthcare platforms, and related organizations.
- Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including pipeline generation, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage complex, high-value sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision-making processes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Create tailored presentations, proposals, and business cases that address customer challenges and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, technical, operations, legal, and finance teams to support successful customer engagements.
- Help define and improve sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and commercial operations within a growing team.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to identify areas for growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers by understanding their goals and delivering solutions that improve healthcare experiences.
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise, strategic, or consultative sales roles focused on acquiring and expanding large accounts.
- Proven experience managing significant sales quotas and closing complex six- and seven-figure annual contract value deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Experience engaging senior executives and building long-term relationships with healthcare organizations or regulated industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline through research, networking, outbound prospecting, and relationship development.
- Experience building go-to-market strategies, sales motions, or teams within early-stage or high-growth companies.
- Preferred: Knowledge of artificial intelligence, conversational AI, healthcare technology, or emerging enterprise software trends.
- Preferred: Experience selling solutions to healthcare providers, insurers, or healthcare technology platforms.
