Join our team of Total Rewards to turn that vision into reality! **What You'll Do** We are looking for a **Global Head of Total Rewards Frameworks and Design (f/m/d)** ! The leader of this position is responsible for the strategic design and execution of executive and non-executive compensation, company-wide compensation budgeting, equity programs, base pay structures, M&A integration, as well as overall compensation frameworks including Fair Pay practices. In close collaboration with broader Total Rewards team and the HR organization, our solutions drive employee engagement, optimize the total reward packages and support the achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable business results. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting and diverse international team. We deliver reward winning services for professionals in the dynamic high-tech industry. We apply innovative solutions underpinned by the latest SAP technology and partner solutions. • Lead and mentor the Total Rewards design team, consisting of both experts and young professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Oversee design and implementation of competitive compensation strategies that align with the company's goals and market practices. • Lead the annual compensation budgeting process, collaborating with finance and other key stakeholders to allocate resources effectively and in line with market data. • Ensure compensation practices comply with regulatory requirements and governance standards. • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regular benchmarking analyses to ensure compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. • Effectively communicate compensation plans to executives and key stakeholders, providing clarity and transparency. • Oversee design and legal compliance related to equity-based compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance shares. • Oversee comprehensive compensation due diligence during M&A activities, assessing risks and opportunities, as well as integration plans for programs alignment post-M&A. • Oversee monitoring of Fair Pay practices, promoting pay equity and transparency across the organization. • Engage with various stakeholders such as Executive Board, Supervisory Board Representatives, leaders in HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated compensation strategies. • Support the continuous development of team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback. **What You Bring** • Proven experience (10 years) in Total Rewards or Compensation management, particularly in design processes. • Strong understanding of executive & non-executive compensation, equity programs, and global compensation frameworks. • Experience in building strong relationships with C-suite executives. Expertise in compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and compliance. • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire a high-performing team.
