You will assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of senior chefs. As a Culinary Staff (Chef de Partie / Commis), you’re not just preparing great tasting food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Food preparation and cooking duties within the assigned section
  • Pre-preparation and handling of ingredients
  • Plating and finishing of dishes
  • Inventory management of ingredients and basic ordering tasks
  • Ensuring hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen (HACCP)
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Smooth collaboration with team members
  • Delivering dishes in accordance with brand standards

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • Culinary experience (any cuisine type; years of experience negotiable)
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
  • Graduation from a culinary school or equivalent knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of HACCP principles
  • Availability to work early shifts and flexible schedules, including shift work
