Salary Grade: 116Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Salary Range: 27.90 - 28.75 per hour DOE
Weekend Shift Differential: 8:%
Must have completed courses including Immunology and Genetics for entry into BB program.

Your impact as a Medical Laboratory Generalist is vital. Support Vitalant's life-saving mission by contributing to laboratory operations. You will manage reagents, supplies, and inventory, input patient data, and provide exceptional customer service. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a fast-track progression to Medical Laboratory Scientist I in just over a year! This position will enter into our own internal BB progam.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Salary Range: 27.90 - 28.75 per hour DOE

As a Medical Laboratory Generalist, you'll get to
- Manage Special Red Cell inventory and distribution.
- Offer technical support to hospital transfusion services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and identify malfunctions.
- Conduct preparation and prequalification of reagents.
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or other “hard' science meeting the CLIA requirements for moderate or high complexity testing.
- Education must include completion of courses in Immunology and Genetics.
