Role responsibilities
The Founding GTM Lead will work directly with the founders to identify ideal customer profiles, build outbound campaigns, and close early customers. Responsibilities also include conducting customer discovery, managing pilots, and shaping product direction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or related fields, with strong discovery skills and the ability to engage with C-level executives. Experience in HRTech, organizational consulting, and startup environments is a plus.
