Accountabilities:
- Own revenue, profitability, and performance targets for assigned key retail accounts.
- Develop and execute promotional and sales strategies to drive growth and maximize category performance.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning activities for assigned business lines.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders and retail partners.
- Present insights, forecasts, and performance recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify and leverage promotional and merchandising opportunities to optimize account results.
- Provide actionable feedback to internal teams including marketing, publishing, and product stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to support ongoing strategy development.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment on commercial objectives and execution plans.
- Continuously monitor e-commerce trends and adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
- 7+ years of experience in key account management, sales, e-commerce, or related commercial roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience managing large retail or online marketplace accounts (Amazon experience highly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage forecasting, budgeting, and revenue targets effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
- High level of organization, accountability, and project management discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong curiosity for market trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital retail environment.
- Competitive base salary range of $70,000 – $90,000, with flexibility based on experience
