Accountabilities:

    The IT Service Delivery Specialist will play a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of enterprise systems for international and domestic customers.

    • Provide Tier 2 technical support for customers and international partners, resolving complex issues related to networking, databases, storage, software applications, and system integrations.
    • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting software upgrades, server migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
    • Collaborate with after-hours support teams to ensure timely resolution of priority cases and uninterrupted customer service.
    • Advise stakeholders on IT infrastructure design, sizing, and deployment requirements for enterprise software implementations.
    • Ensure systems and processes align with international data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and other regional compliance frameworks.
    • Recommend and support disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions tailored to specific regional requirements and operational risks.
    • Deliver technical training sessions and workshops to improve customer and partner knowledge, adoption, and operational efficiency.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate support activities, maintain documentation, and continuously improve service delivery processes.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure expertise with excellent communication skills and experience supporting customers in complex technical environments.

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, technical service delivery, or related roles.
      • Experience providing international support or working in customer-facing technical environments is highly desirable.
      • Previous experience within healthcare IT environments is preferred.
      • Strong knowledge of networking, databases, storage systems, enterprise software support, and HL7 connectivity.
      • Experience planning and executing software upgrades, server migrations, and infrastructure-related projects.
      • Working knowledge of SQL, SQLite, JavaScript, and Mirth Connect within support or integration contexts.
      • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix is advantageous.
      • Understanding of international compliance standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
      • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences across different cultural contexts.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities effectively.
      • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time and adapt to overnight work schedules supporting global business operations.
      • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to work extended periods using computer-based systems.
