The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as an intelligence analyst engaging in the semi-complex to complex technical analysis and production of information obtained and processed from one or more intelligence sources in support of customer requirements. Supports controlled access programs and requirements.
DUTY 1 - Serves as an intelligence analyst on semi-complex to complex technical analysis and production activities. Situations/information analyzed and/or produced are not susceptible to generally accepted methods and requires the use of independent judgment and experience in selecting and/or developing new methods approaches, and procedures. DUTY 2 - Present ISR semi-complex to complex capabilities to service, national, and coalition customers within defined areas of responsibility. DUTY 3 - Conducts semi-complex to complex analysis of multi-source intelligence. Evaluates both classified and unclassified critical and/or sensitive information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses and centers of gravity. DUTY 4 - Participates in complex and/or manages semi-complex intelligence production. Participates in complex and/or manages semi-complex component, combatant command, and support agency production requirements. DUTY 5 - Serves as a functional expert on ISR issues. Makes recommendations on operational matters used to initiate management actions to revise policy to commit Agency funds or resources.
