Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of clinical data management professionals. Develop and implement data management processes and procedures for clinical trials. Monitor data quality and resolve any issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to data standards, relevant regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize data collection and reporting processes. Provide guidance and support for data validation activities and database lock processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in data management tasks.
