Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Clinic LPN, you will work with the RN and provider to utilize the nursing process to identify patient needs and priorities of care through assessment and planning of care based on delegated tasks, patient needs, therapeutic interventions, and evaluation of the patient's response. You are held accountable for policies and procedures of the department and organization.Every day, you will apply your nursing skills to provide direct patient care, meticulously documenting observations, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. You will be a crucial support to the healthcare team, ensuring that patient care is delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with established standards and organizational values.To be successful in your role, you will meticulously apply the nursing process to identify patient needs and priorities, collaborating effectively with the RN and provider to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate delegated tasks and therapeutic interventions.
