Senior Director, Product Management

Accountabilities:

Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance of a portfolio of foundational platform products, ensuring alignment across multiple interdependent domains.

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle execution across APIs, data platforms, enterprise search, and identity/billing systems.
• Own portfolio-level P&L, build business cases, and drive investment decisions tied to revenue, retention, and platform adoption outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks, decision rights, and operating models to improve delivery predictability and cross-team alignment.
• Lead KPI definition and performance tracking, reporting progress and tradeoffs to executive leadership.
• Coordinate large-scale, multi-team initiatives across global product and engineering organizations.
• Serve as a key voice in executive forums, contributing to broader product and company strategy.
• Mentor and develop product management talent while promoting AI-driven and modern product practices.

Requirements:

This role requires deep experience leading complex platform product organizations with strong technical and strategic capability.

• 12+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership roles across multi-domain portfolios.
• Proven track record of owning product P&L and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, search systems, authentication, and billing/entitlement platforms.
• Experience building enterprise or platform products used by internal teams and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to define strategy, prioritize tradeoffs, and execute across large cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics clearly.
• Experience building governance structures, operating models, and KPI frameworks.
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or platform technology strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools and modern product development workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow product talent across organizations.
