Accountabilities:
- Design, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Microsoft, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Own the full performance marketing lifecycle, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve revenue contribution, ROAS, CPA, and pipeline impact.
- Develop structured testing strategies for messaging, creative concepts, audiences, and campaign approaches.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing partners to develop compelling briefs and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze marketing data and provide clear recommendations on budget allocation, optimization opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Build and improve measurement frameworks, reporting processes, and performance dashboards.
- Stay current with advertising platform updates, emerging technologies, audience targeting capabilities, and industry trends.
- Support the development of scalable paid acquisition processes and operational improvements.
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with direct ownership of paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid budgets with accountability for metrics such as ROAS, CPA, revenue, or pipeline contribution.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads/SEM and paid social platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong testing mindset with experience developing creative, audience, and messaging experiments.
- Builder mentality with the ability to create processes, tools, and workflows that improve marketing performance.
- Ability to stay current with evolving technologies, advertising platforms, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations clearly.
- Experience with B2B, ABM-style campaigns, financial services, fintech, or professional audiences is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, PostHog, Omni, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
