This role is focused on driving regional growth across high-value hospitality and construction markets through early-stage project influence and strategic relationship building. You will be responsible for developing and executing a territory sales strategy across the Southwest U.S., targeting hotel developers, owners, brands, and design stakeholders. The position requires a strong consultative sales approach, with a focus on shaping specifications during pre-construction and design phases. You will also play a key role in expanding channel partnerships and identifying adjacent growth markets such as multifamily, student housing, and senior living. Working in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure commercial success. This is a highly field-oriented role where pipeline ownership, forecasting discipline, and relationship depth directly impact revenue performance.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with revenue growth targets across hospitality and adjacent construction markets.
- Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline (5x quota) covering hotel development, renovations, and conversion projects.
- Drive early-stage specification influence with architects, developers, owners, and design teams to secure project wins.
- Establish and expand relationships with key stakeholders including hospitality brands, investors, and construction partners.
- Develop and manage regional rep, distributor, and channel partner networks to extend market reach.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in modular construction, multifamily, student housing, and senior living segments.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM pipeline management to ensure visibility and execution alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to support deal success and customer delivery.
- Manage key accounts and ensure smooth execution from specification through project completion.
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a strong track record of closing new business.
- Experience in hospitality, HVAC, construction, real estate development, or related technical B2B markets.
- Proven ability to influence project specifications during early design and pre-construction phases.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and executive audiences.
- Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management expertise.
- Ability to travel extensively (50–70%) across the Southwest U.S. region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Existing network within hospitality or construction industries in the Southwest U.S. is a strong plus.
- Base salary range of $125,000–$150,000 plus uncapped commission
