This role is focused on driving new business growth across the North American mid-market segment, working with organizations typically ranging from 250 to 5,000 employees. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing complex SaaS deals, while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Accountabilities:

    • Own the full sales cycle within the mid-market segment, from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across North America, consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs and business challenges.
    • Conduct discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and position value effectively.
    • Develop a deep understanding of market trends in Learning & Development and HR tech to act as a trusted advisor.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales engineering, and customer success to accelerate deal progression.
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (up to 5% travel annually).
    • Continuously refine sales techniques by applying proven methodologies and leveraging coaching feedback.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally as an Account Executive or in a pre-sales role.
      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a mid-market or enterprise environment.
      • Experience delivering complex software demos and managing full-cycle sales processes.
      • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong business acumen.
      • Familiarity with HR tech or Learning & Development solutions is a strong plus.
      • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities in parallel.
      • Growth mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
      • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
