About the Position: Serves as a Senior Design Manager responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, development, budget development, and contract oversight of highly significant designs. Apply extensive knowledge of methods, processes, and practices of architecture and engineering. Manage and coordinate the execution of a variety of projects with Architect-Engineering firms. Control and manage design milestones and budgets. Coordinate with project delivery team members in the planning, design, cost engineering, construction acquisition, and environmental considerations.
