Accountabilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions and process improvements.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP Quality Management functionalities and related business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quality-related needs and optimize operational workflows.
- Support integrations between SAP QM and other modules, including MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams during development activities.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide ongoing support, and contribute to implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials for end users.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with international and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Approximately 5–6 years of professional experience as an SAP Quality Management Consultant.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP QM configuration and end-to-end quality management processes.
- Mandatory experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Solid understanding of regulated environments and pharmaceutical quality standards.
- Experience integrating SAP QM with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
- Experience creating functional documentation and supporting testing activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with international stakeholders and project teams.
- Fluent English proficiency is required, both written and verbal.
